Maritza and her team have established themselves as leaders in the luxury real estate market. Beyond her professional success, Maritza is deeply committed to community service. She founded the Coto de Caza Home Tour, an organization dedicated to bringing the community together while raising funds for the City of Hope Cancer Research Center’s new Irvine campus. This initiative is a testament to her dedication to both community building and supporting crucial medical research. Maritza also volunteers as a host family for Olive Crest Safe Families, providing a safe haven for children whose families are in crisis.
